Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

1. Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible using the fastest available shipping method from our domestic and international fulfillment centers.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and external factors beyond our control.


2. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


3. Shipping Disclaimer

Shebae Health is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

However, we will assist in resolving any issue within our control.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

All orders are shipped with insured handling.

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Significantly delayed
  • Held at customs
  • Returned to sender

We will review the case and may offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A refund, subject to verification and eligibility

📌 Important: Claims must be reported within 5 days of the delivery status update.


5. Delivered but Not Received

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Shebae Health is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery.

Customers are advised to:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Ensure a secure delivery location

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All prices are listed in USD.

For international orders, you may be required to pay:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees

These charges are:

  • Determined by your local government
  • Not included in our pricing
  • The responsibility of the customer

Shebae Health is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.


7. Returns & Refund Policy (Strict – Consumable Products)

No Returns / No Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (health, wellness, and consumable items), ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased by mistake
  • Customer dissatisfaction
  • Allergy or sensitivity reactions

8. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Before purchasing, please carefully review all product ingredients and information.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Approved refunds are limited to:

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Customs fees
  • Incorrect address entered by the customer
  • Delivered packages marked by the carrier

12. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating any chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting Shebae Health may result in:

  • Submission of evidence to the payment provider
  • Denial of future purchases

Fraudulent claims, including false “item not received” disputes, will be actively investigated.
