Order Processing 

All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible using the fastest available shipping method from our domestic and international fulfillment centers. 

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days  

📌 Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. 
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping & Delivery Time 

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days after shipment  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and external factors beyond our control. 

Tracking Information 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system. 

Shipping Disclaimer 

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery performance is the responsibility of the carrier. 

Shebae Health is not responsible for delays caused by: 

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)  

  • Customs processing (international orders)  

  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions  

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer  

We will, however, assist in resolving any issue within our control. 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Shipments 

All orders are shipped with insured handling. 

If your package is: 

  • Lost in transit  

  • Delayed beyond 7 business days past the estimated delivery timeframe  

  • Held at customs  

  • Returned to sender  

We will review the case and may offer: 

  • A replacement shipment, or  

  • A resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy  

📌 Important: Shipping-related claims must be reported within 5 days of the delivery status update. 

Delivered but Not Received 

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Shebae Health is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery. 

Customers are encouraged to: 

  • Check with neighbors or household members  

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly  

  • Ensure a secure delivery location  

Incorrect Shipping Address 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. 

Shebae Health is not responsible for: 

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer  

  • Packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate address details  

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) 

All prices are listed in USD. 

For international shipments, you may be required to pay: 

  • Import duties  

  • Taxes  

  • Customs fees  

These charges are: 

  • Determined by your local government  

  • Not included in our pricing  

  • The responsibility of the customer  

Shebae Health is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges. 

High-Value Orders 

For certain orders, a signature upon delivery may be required to ensure safe and secure receipt.
